Since his move to Brooklyn in 1983, Pietro has made Brooklyn his true home. He first settled in Clinton Hill and then later moved to Cobble Hill, largely because living here reminded him of life in the small southern Italian town he was born in. Over the past 30+ years, Pietro has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in all areas of real estate while acquiring, restoring and managing a portfolio of exceptional properties of his own.
His hands-on and in-depth experience with design, architecture, construction, zoning, real estate development, property ownership, property management and financing is unique among real estate agents. This vast knowledge gives his clients the advantage necessary to execute successful transactions, as proven by his extensive track record.
Born a farmer, educated as a visual artist and living the life of a polymath, Pietro has exhibited his artwork in numerous galleries and museums in the US and abroad. He spent 14 years at the Guggenheim Museum where he installed 100’s of exhibitions worldwide and was involved with the construction teams of both Guggenheim SOHO & Guggenheim BILBAO. Pietro has collaborated with some of the most important artists of our time and spent 3 years working alongside the sculptor Richard Serra, helping him produce many monumental works including some that are currently on view at DIA Beacon and in the Serra Gallery of the Guggenheim BILBAO in Spain.
